Psychologist and Dream Analyst
Job Description: We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Psychologist specializing in dream analysis to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll blend traditional psychological approaches with cutting-edge dream interpretation techniques to provide our users with deep, meaningful insights into their subconscious minds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret user-submitted dreams, providing thoughtful and psychologically-grounded explanations
- Develop and refine our dream interpretation algorithms and databases
- Write engaging, accessible articles on dream psychology and interpretation for our blog and app
- Collaborate with our tech team to improve the user experience of our dream analysis features
- Participate in research projects to advance our understanding of dreams and their psychological significance
- Provide expert commentary for media inquiries related to dreams and psychology
- Contribute to the development of new features and products related to dream analysis and mental wellness
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology, preferably with a focus on sleep and dreams
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dream analysis or related field
- Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a general audience
- Familiarity with various schools of psychological thought (e.g., Freudian, Jungian, cognitive)
- Experience with or interest in AI and machine learning applications in psychology
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
